Our labor guarantee covers any issues related to the workmanship of your flooring installation. This includes improper fitting, lifting, gaps, or seam issues caused by our installation process.

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, pets, water leaks, or lack of proper maintenance. Manufacturer defects are covered under the product warranty.
